The Acropolis of Athens dominates the center of modern Athens, where it was the most important and magnificent sanctuary of the ancient city dedicated to the goddess Athena. And of course the Acropolis Museum where all the treasures of the monument are kept today. You can take a bus (E14, X14, 550) from the "Ygeia" stop.
Plaka and Monastiraki

You can visit the Ancient Agora, the Stoa of Attalos, the Roman Agora, walk to Anafiotika, an island in the center of Athens and take a look at the antique shops.

Sygrou Grove, one of Attica's last natural forests and the only one in the Athens, is just a 15-minute drive from Mirivili Rooms and Suites and can be reached by bus (A7, 550) from the “Astynomia” stop.
Goulandris Museum of Natural History in Kifissia
Distance: 5 km
The Goulandris Museum of Natural History is housed in an elegant neoclassical building of the 19th century and aims to study, preserve and protect the natural environment. It hosts exhibits of its four key areas (terrestrial zoology, botany, hydrobiology, mineralogy-paleontology). You can take a bus (A7, 550) from the “Ygeia” stop.
Cultural Center Stavros Niarchos Foundation

Do you have the time and disposition to reach the other side of Athens and see the sea? The Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center is a cultural and event center within a huge park. The National Library of Greece and the National Opera House are now housed there. You can take the bus line 550 from the “Ygeia” stop.
Odeon of Herodes Atticus
Distance: 9 km
The erection of the roman odeon and theater was commissioned by Herodes Atticus in the 2nd century AD. Works for its restauration were contacted since the mid 19th century and were completed in the 1950’s. Since then every summer the Herodion houses important artistic events during the annual Athens & Epidaurus Festival.
